My name is Amada De Jesus,I have been a licensed Family Provider for the past three years.

Last night, I had the opportunity of a lifetime: I was invited to be part of an important forum on behalf of all family child care providers in Essex county. I was very motivated to be the voice and to let the Commissioners know that we need to organize and be heard.

In addition, I'm going to be very involved in getting the providers move to action and to try to get the benefits that we deserve.I was given a great chance to get present our case to such an important forum with such great women who were willing to help us all the way.

I was very happy to participate and I will continue to work hard to get my fellow coworkers to get what we deserve.
