Chapter Leaders play a pivotal role in our Union

You are elected by your chapter membership to represent their needs and views in determining the direction of our Union.

As Local 888 moves forward with the plan to restructure our Union into regions, Chapter Leaders will called upon to actively participate in the governance and activities of our Union through the development of regional communication networks and regularly scheduled Regional Meetings.

Below are some resources for Chapter Leaders to use in conducting everyday business.

On the other hand, if you’re running a meeting of a five member body with a few members of the public in attendance, a simplified version of the rules of parliamentary procedure is in order. Hence, the birth of “Rosenberg’s Rules of Order.”
