SEIU Local 888 members at the Boston Water and Sewer Chapter have ratified a new contract that will cover workers beginning from July 1, 2011 to June 30, 2014.  Highlights include a $1000 bonus effective January 1, 2012 or an increase to the minimum salary level for employees who are at the minimum level in certain grades.

Members will also see a 1.5% combination of COLA/merit increase in Year 2 and a 2% combination of COLA/merit increase in the last year of their contract.
