The Negotiating Committee for BPD, City Hall, DND, BCYF and the Elderly Comission has reached a tentative agreement for two three-year successor agreements with the effective dates of October 1, 2010 through September 30, 2013, and October 1, 2013 through September 30, 2016.
Contract Information Sessions have been scheduled at:
- BPD Headquarters Media Room on Wednesday May 16th:
7:30 – 8:30 AM 12:00 – 1:00 PM 1:00 – 2:00 PM 4:00 – 5:00 PM
- Boston City Hall, Room 801 on Thursday May 17th:
12:00 - 1:00 PM 1:00 - 2:00 PM
* Information Sessions are also being scheduled for BCYF. We will send out a notice as soon as they are confirmed. At these meetings, we will be presenting information on the Tentative Agreement and answer whatever questions you may have.
Chapter Specific Fact Sheets are being distributed by Chapter Leaders and Stewards and have been mailed to members' homes. Make sure the union has your up to date home address and contact information by updating it on the union's website.
