A new Memorandum of Understanding for a successor agreement between Mass DOT and the Coalition of Mass DOT unions was been reached on January 17.  Please click here to download a copy of the MOU (the document is in .pdf format which requires the Adobe Acrobat reader).

On January 24, SEIU Local 888 mailed a summary of the agreement to all members at Mass DOT with a mail ballot to vote on ratifying the agreement.  Ballots must be returned to Local 888 by Feb 4.  Please vote!
