2013 Local 888 Scholarship Winners

Congratulations to five Local 888 members whose children have been awarded union scholarships. Local 888 recently established a scholarship program for members and their immediate family with awards up to $500. This year’s winners are: Matthew P. Waskiewicz, whose father David Waskiewicz works for the Town of Amherst; Roddy Towner, whose father Roderick Towner works for the Hopkinton Public Schools; Patrick Hurley, whose father Robert Hurley works for Boston Water & Sewer; Erik Henningson II, whose mother Nina Henningson works for the Grafton Public Schools; and Matthew Johnson, whose mother Joanna Johnson works for the Watertown Town Hall. Congratulations to all and best of luck with your studies.
