Transparency in Coverage Rule

The link below leads to the Machine-Readable Files made available in response to the Federal Transparency in Coverage Rule, including negotiated service rates and out-of-network allowed amounts between health plans and healthcare providers. The files are formatted so researchers, regulators, and application developers can access and analyze the data more easily. Originally launched in 2022, the site remains open and publicly accessible as required by the rule.
